Welcome to Mora House Plans. By accessing our website or purchasing our products and services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

Please read these terms carefully before placing an order.

1. About Our Products

MORA House Plans offers residential house plans and related digital products, including floor plans, construction drawings, PDF plan sets, CAD/DWG files, and customization services.

Our plans are created as stock house plans intended to provide a design basis for residential construction. They are not automatically site-specific construction documents or permit-ready documents for every location.

Local building requirements, zoning regulations, structural requirements, energy codes, and permitting requirements vary by jurisdiction.

You are responsible for determining whether a purchased plan is suitable for your property and whether additional modifications, engineering, or professional services are required before construction or permitting.

2. Digital Products

Most products sold through Mora House Plans are delivered digitally.

Depending on the product purchased, files may include PDF drawings and, where specifically stated in the listing, CAD/DWG files or other digital files.

Because digital products can be downloaded or accessed immediately after purchase, please review the product description and included files carefully before completing your order.

3. Plan Use and License

Purchasing a house plan from Mora House Plans provides you with a limited, non-exclusive license to use the purchased plan for a single residential construction project, unless otherwise stated in the product listing or written agreement.

The purchase of a plan does not transfer ownership or copyright of the underlying drawings or design.

You may print and use the purchased plan for the permitted project and may provide copies to contractors, builders, engineers, architects, or other professionals involved in that project when reasonably necessary for construction or permitting.

You may not:

  • Resell, redistribute, publish, or share the plan as a product

  • Upload the files to websites, marketplaces, file-sharing platforms, or social media for distribution

  • Give the purchased plan to another person for use on a separate project

  • Claim the design or drawings as your own

  • Use the same purchased plan to construct multiple separate homes without purchasing the appropriate additional license

Additional copies or additional build licenses may require a separate purchase.

4. Construction and Professional Review

Mora House Plans provides design drawings and house-plan products. Unless specifically stated otherwise, our plans do not constitute a complete architectural, structural, engineering, MEP, surveying, or site-specific permitting package.

Before construction, you should have the plans reviewed as necessary by qualified professionals familiar with the requirements of your project and location.

You are responsible for:

  • Site conditions and measurements

  • Foundation and soil conditions

  • Structural requirements

  • Local building and zoning requirements

  • Energy-code requirements

  • Permit requirements

  • Required engineering or professional stamps

  • Site-specific modifications

Mora House Plans does not guarantee that a stock plan will be approved for construction or permitting in every jurisdiction.

5. Dimensions and Design Information

Dimensions, square footage, room sizes, material quantities, and other design information are provided as part of the plan documentation and may be approximate or subject to revision.

Square footage may vary depending on how local authorities, builders, or professionals calculate conditioned, unconditioned, garage, porch, or other areas.

Always rely on the actual plan documents and applicable local requirements when making construction decisions.

6. Customization and Modification Services

Some Mora House Plans products may include optional customization or modification services.

The scope, price, number of revisions, deliverables, and turnaround time for customization work will depend on the specific service purchased or agreed upon in writing.

Customization services do not automatically include structural engineering, MEP design, surveying, permitting, or professional approval unless specifically stated in the service agreement.

Changes requested after an agreed scope has been completed may require additional fees.

7. Custom Design Services

Mora House Plans may also offer custom residential design services.

Custom projects are handled according to the specific scope, deliverables, revisions, pricing, and terms agreed upon with the client.

A custom design payment does not automatically include engineering, permitting, site surveying, or professional services unless these are expressly included in the written agreement.

8. Pricing and Availability

Prices displayed on our website are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, product descriptions, or other inaccuracies.

A product's availability may also change at any time.

If an obvious pricing or listing error affects an order, we may contact you to correct the issue before fulfilling the order.

9. Orders

By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in cases involving suspected fraud, unauthorized transactions, pricing errors, or other circumstances where fulfillment would be inappropriate or impossible.

10. Intellectual Property

All designs, drawings, floor plans, elevations, renderings, images, graphics, text, logos, and other content provided by Mora House Plans are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, all such content remains the property of Mora House Plans or its respective rights holders.

Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of the intellectual property contained in that product.

11. Website Use

You agree not to use our website or its content for unlawful purposes or in a manner that could damage, disrupt, or interfere with the website or our business.

You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, copy substantial portions of our website content, or use our website to distribute malicious software or harmful material.

12. Third-Party Services

Our website may rely on third-party services for payment processing, hosting, analytics, digital delivery, communication, and other functions.

Third-party services are subject to their own terms and policies, and Mora House Plans is not responsible for the independent operation or policies of those third parties.

Our plans are provided as design products and should be evaluated for the specific project and jurisdiction before construction.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes to our products, services, business practices, or applicable legal requirements.
