At Mora House Plans, we want you to feel confident when purchasing our house plans and design services. Because our products are primarily digital files, our refund policy takes into account the nature of digital products while ensuring that genuine issues with an order are handled fairly.

1. Digital Products

Most products sold by Mora House Plans are digital products, including PDF house plans, CAD/DWG files, and other downloadable files.

Because digital products can be accessed and retained after delivery, digital product purchases are generally non-refundable once the files have been downloaded or accessed, except where required by applicable law or as otherwise stated in this policy.

We encourage you to carefully review the product description, dimensions, specifications, included files, and features before placing your order.

If you are unsure whether a particular plan is suitable for your project, please contact us before purchasing. We are happy to answer questions and provide additional information about our plans.

2. File or Delivery Issues

If there is a problem with your order, such as:

  • A missing file

  • A corrupted or unusable file

  • An incorrect file being delivered

  • A technical issue preventing you from accessing your purchase

We will review the issue and, where appropriate, provide the correct file, a replacement, or another suitable solution.

3. Duplicate Purchases

If you accidentally purchase the same digital plan more than once, please contact us as soon as possible.

If the duplicate purchase has not been downloaded or accessed, we will review the request and may issue a refund for the duplicate order.

Once a digital product has been downloaded or accessed, a duplicate purchase may no longer be eligible for a refund.

4. Customization and Modification Services

Customization and modification services are handled separately from standard digital products because they involve design work performed specifically for the customer.

Once customization work has begun, payments are generally non-refundable.

If you need to cancel a customization request before work begins, please contact us as soon as possible. Any refund will depend on whether work has already started and the specific terms agreed upon for the service.

Requests that fall outside the original agreed scope may require additional fees.

5. Custom Design Services

Custom house-plan and design projects are created specifically for individual clients.

Because these projects involve work performed specifically for the client, payments are generally non-refundable once design work has begun.

If a custom project is cancelled before work begins, we will review the request based on the specific circumstances and any terms agreed upon for the project.

Any revisions included in the agreed project scope will be handled according to the applicable service agreement.

6. Change of Mind

We generally do not offer refunds simply because you change your mind after purchasing a digital product.

Before purchasing, please make sure the plan's dimensions, layout, features, square footage, and included files are appropriate for your intended project.

If you have questions about a plan before purchasing, please contact us. We are happy to help you make an informed decision.

7. Incorrect Purchase

If you accidentally purchase the wrong plan or product, please contact us as soon as possible.

If the product has not been downloaded or accessed, we will review the request and may be able to assist with an exchange or refund.

Once a digital product has been downloaded or accessed, refunds or exchanges may not be available.

Where applicable law provides a mandatory right to a refund, replacement, or other remedy, those rights will continue to apply.
